Currently we are looking for an energetic business leader, who is ready to take an existing operation of up to 10 consultants to the next level and grow a profitable business unit.
Manage a team of industry and recruitment specialists in the area of B2C and FMCG
Responsibility for the P&L of a multi million USD operation
Business Development and Key account management of major international and local accounts
Your team is given full responsibility for the strategy of this division and geographical spread
You will handle the whole process from client acquisition through to finalizing job offers
Antal Russia provides many unique business development tools and has an impressive global client list from which to develop your personal portfolio
As part of the global organization you will implement global initiatives on client management, communication and productivity
You will be also accountable for growing the team further and develop new disciplines within your sector
Most importantly you will develop your team by management of example and find individual approaches to each individual employee. Here you will be supported by our local and globally based HR team
Close cooperation with all other consulting teams and the support function is vital to the success of this position
We are looking for commercially aware, energetic and ambitious professionals. Successful recruitment background is preferable. Motivation is a key in our business. You should have at least 5 years experience in business and have demanding people before. You are not afraid to manage by example.
